These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Grow Packaging Solution website and purchases from us. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
1. Products and Specifications
We supply packaging products, including boxes, mailers, bags and custom packaging, subject to availability.
Before ordering, check the product dimensions, material, pack quantity and other listed specifications. Contact us if any detail is unclear.
Product photographs and screen colours may differ slightly from the physical product. This does not excuse a material difference from the product description or specifications agreed for your order.
2. Prices and Payments
Product prices may change before an order is confirmed.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges and customisation costs will be displayed at checkout or included in your quotation before confirmation.
Please use the payment methods available for your order. Order processing may depend on receiving and verifying the required payment.
3. Order Confirmation
Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may verify stock availability, payment, delivery serviceability and order details before confirming fulfilment.
If a product is unavailable, an error occurs, payment cannot be verified or a delivery restriction prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and explain any cancellation and refund arrangements.
4. Custom and Bulk Packaging Orders
Custom and bulk orders may have a separate written quotation covering:
- Quantities and material specifications.
- Pricing and payment requirements.
- Artwork approval.
- Production and delivery arrangements.
These agreed terms supplement our website terms, subject to applicable law.
Before approving production, carefully review the dimensions, material, ply or quality specification, quantity, colours, logos, text and artwork.
Production may begin after the required approvals and payment. Once production starts, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Products made correctly to approved specifications generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for product issues and available remedies.
5. Artwork and Intellectual Property
When you provide logos, text, artwork or other material for printing, you confirm that you have permission to use that material and authorise us to use it to fulfil your order.
We may decline material that appears unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
Our website branding, original text, images and designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owner.
6. Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
Shipping & Delivery Policy :- order processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges and shipment assistance.
Return & Refund Policy :- eligible returns, product issues and refund processing.
Cancellation Policy :- requests to cancel or change an order.
7. Your Account and Website Use
Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and order information.
Keep your account password secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or interfere with other customers or website services.
8. Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information provided through customer accounts, orders and enquiries.
Third-party checkout and payment providers may also apply their own terms and privacy policies to the services they provide.
9. Responsibility and Your Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or limits consumer rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law and any valid agreement between the parties.
We may update these terms for future website use and orders. Updates do not automatically replace the terms already agreed for a confirmed order.
